I am a very dedicated, driven and self-motivated individual who seeks and thrives on new challenges. I am an excellent team worker due to my great interpersonal skills, which enables me to also adapt and fit in seamlessly to new environments. My analytical nature and excellent problem-solving skills enable me to quickly identify challenges and come up with quick but effective solutions. My experience in the client service environment has taught me how to deal with each person and situation individually, and this, together with my training in ODETDP, has also shaped me into the excellent trainer that I am. I have also completed a course in Instructional Design with UCT to enhance my knowledge and skills in keeping up with the ever-changing work environments due to technology and digitization.With my experience, the training that I have received, some of which is self-taught, as well as that which I aim to achieve, I believe I can be an asset to any organization.
