-Establish cost estimates for domestic and international Victoria's Secret Stores construction projects in partnership with Real Estate, Design, Sourcing and Construction teams-Maintain and develop complex cost models in partnership with Store Design and Sourcing functions to ensure accurate budgeting/forecasting-Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual capital and expense forecasting related to store construction projects including variance analysis against cost targets, prior forecasts, and budget-Advise on cost saving opportunities throughout the store construction process-Research and write-up project proposals in partnership with Design, Construction, Real Estate and Sourcing for approval from executive leadership

-Project Accounting including analysis and recording of project accruals-Perform CIP analysis for accurate inter-company transfer of fixed asset costs, accumulated depreciation and depreciation expense, as well as all project related expense to the responsible business units monthly -Accounting functions including acquisitions, dispositions, adjustments to asset depreciation, transfers, projections, and monthly close for fixed assets-Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliation schedules and account activity communicated to all levels of management -Perform Ad hoc analysis including write-off estimates and SAP project set-up
