 Co-ordination of Safety, Health and Environmental Management Programme recording keeping systems Monitor compliance to established Safety, Health and Environmental Management standards, rules and regulations Create and maintain high degree of S.H.E. awareness at all levels Effective Accident / Incident reporting and investigation Conduct internal SHE audits and assess the effectiveness of the SHE system and programmes Implement and facilitate a corrective action plan for non-conformance and non-compliances found in auditing processesFacilitate the following:  Accident / Incident Investigation Accident / Incident outcomes and corrective actions Evaluate, monitor and verify employee training qualifications prior to appointments as per training matrix Facilitate a risk assessment program Facilitate a behaviour base safety program Facilitate a planned task observation program Gather and compile weekly, monthly and quarterly detailed reports with required SHE information as per mining standards and submit to site management.

I ensure legal compliance at all times according to relevant legislation- Ensure that all applicable inspections are done on monthly basis - Ensure that risk assessments are completed correctly assessed and distributed - Assisting management on all safety related operations, Revision of Risk Assessments.- Conduct investigation of incidents - Regular site inspections and internal audits- Monitoring health and safety standards - Sub-contractor SHE packs management- Scheduling of SHE Committee meetings- Receives and collates documentation received- Assist in facilitating internal safety induction training.

. Immobilise patients for placement on the stretcher and ambulance transport using spine boards and other spinal immobilization devices.. Maintain vehicle and medical communication equipment and replenish first aid equipment and supplies.. Comfort and reassure patients.. Decontaminate ambulance interior following treatment of patient with infection disease and report case to proper authorities.. Operate equipment such as electrocardiogram ECG, external defibrillators, bag valve mask resuscitation in advanced life support environment . Administer drugs, orally (due to scope of practise). Coordinate with other emergency medical team members or police or fire department personnel.. Attend training classes to maintain certification licensure, keep abreast of new developments in this field or maintain existing knowledge.
