Daniel is a successful entrepreneur and seasoned executive with 25 years of experience bringing innovation to the underground utility industry. In 1997, he co-founded Pacific Utility Installation (PUI) with the vision to bridge the gap between builders and utility companies. Under his direction, PUI has become the leading general engineering and high voltage electrical contractor for land developers, home builders, general contractors, and government agencies in Southern California. As the company continues to grow, Daniel is focused on the future. On the horizon, top priorities include creating even greater value for customers and expanding the business throughout the western U.S.In addition to his leadership role at PUI, Daniel is passionate about supporting youth in the community. He actively mentors and invests in young entrepreneurs that are driving change for the future. And his involvement in motorcycle racing led him to establish the California RoadRace Association, which empowers the next generation of riders by providing greater access to national and international racing opportunities. Daniel takes pride in serving the communities in which he lives and works to foster deeper professional and personal connections. As a Southern California native, Daniel appreciates the outdoors and is an avid runner, surfer, and cyclist. Above all, he enjoys spending time with his four children, coaching school sports, and teaching motorcycle racing.
