It is pertinent to maintain consistent and clear communication with all other streams.• First contact for brewers, agents and DCs for issues (availability of articles to customer types, procurement issues, etc.)

• Scheduling and maintaining beer supply: balancing stores sales and inventory weekly, setting up new stores and creating new brand listings, maintaining optimum inventory levels in stores, negotiate brewers sales quotas, scheduling truckloads and deliveries, keg ordering • Adapting to Forces impacting the supply chain: stock-outs, sales promotions, excess stock, changing environmental conditions, store openings and closings, managing empties traffic • Managing relationships and dependencies: conflict resolution, mediating between brewers and store employees, maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders • Maintaining records and informational data resources: provide updates on brewer and brand tables, make recommendations, coordinate pooled empty pickups for industry glass and recyclable empties
