I am a business lawyer with extensive experience litigating complex commercial disputes in a number of judicial and regulatory forums. I regularly handle matters involving real estate disputes, business divorces, contracts, and various business torts. In addition to my business litigation work, I represent a number of clients before state administrative agencies, including administrative trials, appeals and opposition hearings. I have also helped clients with legislative review and drafting, and, since 2019, have served as outside general counsel to the Atlanta Regional Commission, providing day-to-day legal advice on a variety of matters to the regional planning and intergovernmental coordination agency for the 10-county Atlanta region.
