Reporting to my Business Manager, my overall objective is to proactively focus on candidate generation within defined industries coupled with identifying and mapping out specific market sectors. Facilitating the placement of mid-market to executive-level candidates in permanent positions to meet and/or exceed consultants quarterly targets. Performing a 180-recruitment process carrying out the necessary initial research, mapping out industry sectors and collaborating with Recruitment Consultants.Key responsibilities include:Candidate Focus / New Business:✤Identifying premium mid-market to executive-level talent across a range of industry verticals or within a pre-defined sector✤Carry out detailed pre-screening of candidates to ensure the highest calibre individuals are represented✤Utilising all available resources and support to research multiple industry verticals and gain a comprehensive network of connections and specialist understanding in a pre-defined sector✤Identifying key decision makers and target stakeholders within prospective client organisations ✤Continuously researching online mediums keeping ahead of market trends in view of adapting our strategy for both new and existing market sectors.Client Focus / Repeat Business:✤Sourcing suitable candidates to present a competitive shortlist, briefing candidates on the client and/or vacancy proposition✤Offering market expertise, challenging perceptions, and providing accurate benchmarking advice.
