I have 12 years of commercial real estate apprasial experience having trained under an MAI for a number of years before earning certification in 2018. I have worked on a contract basis since 2011, having expanded my practice via Fast Track Appraisal Services, LLC. Fast Track performs commercial appraisals within Central & Northern New Jersey applying extensive experience in these markets to a variety of asset classes, solving complex appraisal problems. Prior to the commercial real estate industry, my experience included the financial industry having specialized in fixed-income markets as well as the recruiting industry. All prior and currrent roles have been performed with courtesy and professionalism, navigating a variety of responsibilties with competence, accuracy and performance to the satisfaction of managment and clientele.
