We are thorough in our communication because we want to ensure you (as our customer) are not surprised by any question which may be posed. We want each of our customers to know our operations inside and out and never be surprised of the status of each project. As part of our sustainability and operational goals a culture of continuous improvement is vital. I feel it is imperative to maintain our competitive advantage by staying ahead of the curve. By continually reviewing our operations systems and processes, we are able to track inefficiencies and make the proper corrections. Additionally, the implementation of new processes and systems allows us to continually look for ways to keep customer costs low and service quality levels high.Over the years our training program has proven to be one of the most effective. Such as in our operational objectives we still strive to make each program even more effective. We are making an organizational push to increase training (both personal and professional) for our employees allowing them the opportunity to grow within our organization. Some of my goals as VP of Business Operations are:-Promote and continue our Core Value of being accessible for our customers and employees at any time-Continue to review and develop operation processes to increase efficiencies to keep our customer costs low and quality levels high-Increase training throughout the Company to provide additional opportunities for our employees to grow within our organization
