After two years of college baseball at Lamar Community College, I entered the workforce with learned skills such as a hard work-ethic, respectfulness, a positive mindset, and consciousness. I began at a Denver restaurant called Acova, where I worked as a busser/host and learned many beneficial lessons along the way. This job required a fast-paced mindset and hustle due to the popularity of the restaurant. I then proceeded to work at Todd Creek Golf Course as a member of the course's maintenance team, and spent 5 months learning to work with precise care and attention. The relationships I developed there taught me how much significance a well-functioning team can have on an organization. I am now currently working as a professional mover for the company Bellhop, and strive to improve my customer-pleasing skills everyday. I have been a full-time college student since 2017, and will graduate from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications after the Fall 2021 semester. I then will pursue my EMT-Basic Certificate at Front Range Community College in order to progressively work my way to becoming a firefighter.
