I am a highly motivated individual looking for a challenging and rewarding career. I am dedicated to starting a career where I can utilize the skills I have learned through employment, training and education and apply them to work related situations. I have developed a really strong work ethics due to my will to learn, lead, and grow as an individual.I've been through many situations in my retail career and being in these situations I have learned a lot about myself. I have learned to be a team player, how to motivate others, how to properly use the resources at hand, communicate, develop those around me, and setting realistic goals. I take pride in every aspect of my life being work and family. My family drives me to be better person everyday and motivates me to continue to push forward. I received an associates degree in criminal justice and currently pursuing my bachelors degree. I am a Wayne County Regional Police Academy graduate and received top physical fitness award and recruit of the week. I have held positions of Asset Protection Manager, Assistant Manager and Department Manager. These positions allowed me lead a group of employees to develop their talents for the success of the business.
