• Responsible for the analysis and development of new SDA (Small Domestic Appliances) products, analyzing and validating samples and their technical specifications. It is also in contact with engineers from South America and Central America countries developing products and improvements for LAM countries.• Responsible for certifying products for launch in Brazil, Ecuador, Chile and Argentina, developing user manuals (Portuguese, English and Spanish), labels, packaging and other project documentation for the brands Electrolux, Frigidaire, Mademsa and Somela, using Teamcenter-Siemens for storage and control.• Develops test plans on samples and validates the product, considering Electrolux electrical safety and quality requirements.• Resolves electrical and quality issues found in field testing and evaluates whether samples comply with Electrolux quality.• Participates in events and workshops with the sales team, presenting new products and answering technical and usability questions.• Supports the Product Care team, solving electrical and quality problems found in field tests, assists with product changes, and proposes cost reduction solutions.• Focused on continuous improvement in processes, proposes and develops actions to reduce project time and costs. Currently, he is developing an improvement using Power Apps to unify all SDA processes and reduce complexity on an intuitive platform.

• Coordinator of technical courses in automation, mechanics, electromechanics and welding, and qualification courses in general, working with more than 40 classes per semester and 23 professors.• Management of teachers' timetables and vacations.• Responsible for hiring and supervising outsourced companies to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance plans.• Quality focal point. Results achieved:- 23% increase in satisfaction of students of technical courses regarding laboratories and workshops.- Teacher training to work in other areas.- Created a PDCA for organizing the layout of the workshops considering constant changes of teachers.

• Taught automation classes (PLC programming, Robotics, Supervisory Systems, Industrial Networks, Manufacturing Systems, Electrical Commands, Frequency Inverters, Pneumatics, Electropneumatics, Hydraulics and Electrohydraulics), maintenance management classes in companies and technical courses, with overall student satisfaction of 90% (general average of 75%).

• Responsible for applying and monitoring the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) tool in the booth welding line, which presented to coordinators and managers the rates of availability, performance and quality of machines and equipment.• Developed more than 40 improvements during the internship and assisted in two Kaizens in the welding manufacturing process, among which stand out:- Reduced drilling robot cycle time from 15 minutes to 12 minutes.- Programming a new part insertion on the cabin floor in the PLC S7-300.- Insertion and programming a poka yoque PLC on the floor soldering table, resulting in less assembly errors.• Technical support to the Production, Maintenance, Quality and Device Engineering departments, acting in accordance with VPS (Volvo Production System) principles in the automated assembly lines of the cabin factory.• Design, execution and maintenance of improvements in the production line aimed at reducing cycle time in robotized stations (ABB Robots) and optimizing Interlocks between robots through programming in PLCs and HMIs.• Developed basic knowledge in programming ABB Robots in the F line of the cabin factory.• Was recognized by the Intern Experience Award as one of the best interns at Volvo in 2015 and 2016.
