As founding partner and innovation lead, I've aggregated responsabilities as head of innovation and product manager, being responsible for business, technologies, products and services innovation strategies.The main challenge is to design technological solutions specialized in voice interface for tasks, seeking to meet the requirements of the Brazilian industry and logistics in terms of usability, TCO and ROI.

Working together with the vice-presidency of innovation, I was responsible for the innovation verticals in products and services, disseminating the customer-centric culture, promoting impacts on the experience of Atitus Educação's students (customers).We structure and digitalize at a managerial level all initiatives and projects related to Atitus' vice-presidency of innovation.We design new experiences and products for Atitus' internal (careers area) and external (students and graduates) customers, through the digitalization of a student's predictive journey, integrating the academic experience with the demands of employability.We create audit methods for initiatives and projects to resolve customer experience gaps with a validated impact on the touch points of customer journey rulers, digitizing at a managerial level all projects and initiatives related to customer experience gaps in dashboards to monitor the projects.

As head of innovation, I was responsible for the business, products and services innovation strategies.Leadership responsible for guiding the company through innovative, concept-based approaches of strategic design and innovation management, implementing an innovation ecosystem through self-knowledge and the adoption of innovative approaches such as OKR, SCRUM, design sprint, lean startup and growth hacking.I was also responsible for leading the products and services innovation team, composed of product owners, product managers, software architects and software developers.

As a solution architect, i helped Automatech designing and delivering customized and integrated solutions for retail, administration, healthcare and logistics for customers. As a software analist, i helped Automatech to develop and deliver mobile software solutions to a bun of segments. As innovation consultant, i helped companies elaborating innovation workshops on customer site and remotely. I was able to apply design driven innovation methods to enhance business models, activate innovative cultures trough design thinking and agile methods.

As a software analyst, i helped SISPRO to develop and maintain a ERP Software Solution for accounting, finances and PCP modules.My main activities was relationed to software analysis and development in C#, .net and vb6, maintaining transaction databases as SQL Server and Oracle;

As software analyst, i helped JOBSYSTEM to develop and maintanin a ERP software solution for building construction segment, acting directly at accounting management, financial management, PCP, CRM and engineering modules;My main activities was relationed to software analysis and development in C#, .net and vb6 maintaining views and stored procedures in transaction databases as SQL Server and Oracle;

As software developer, I helped Passo to maintain and develop access control solutions based on software and specific hardwares as micro-terminals, electronic turnstile, electronic ticket validator, parking system and access gates, electronic clocking-on and canteen access control system.
