- Physically located in Nantes (France), within GE Vernova offices.- Provide daily site turbines status with trouble shootings on-going in the different Offshore Wind Farms of GE Vernova worldwide fleet.- Perform remote troubleshooting and provide real time technical support for site interventions, using SCADA, WEC controller, WebHMI ….- Manage the remote deployments of software and maintain the software configuration files.- Create non-conformity cases or a site intervention request with the relevant applications.- Manage the planned/unplanned grid outage with the Client and or the Grid operator and monitor the turbine status of the turbines in commissioning.- Update KPIs that will characterize the effectiveness of the actions done by the ROC team.- Creation and management of Haliade-X Spare Parts database for different projects with the related alarms and possible root causes.- Creation and review of documentation: Remote Operation Center procedures, Haliade-X systems overview, operational modes, different remote connections and Troubleshooting Guides for the different alarms released.- Coordinate, inform and train the ROC operators on the new fault handling procedures and troubleshooting guides.- Collect the lessons learnt from ROC operator on the wind turbines, and control applications to feed continuous improvement plan.- Work closely with Engineering and FRO technical support team, to prepare/ improve the fault handling procedures and troubleshooting guides.- Work closely with control system engineer to improve the WebHMI used by the Remote Operation Centre and field teams.
