Responsibilities include creating marketing messages, strategies, and a college identity for marketing publications and the website, writing and designing print ads, brochures and other marketing pieces, constructing the annual marketing plan, project management, overseeing department budget, conducting and analyzing research, shooting, editing, and preparing photographs for publication, supervising other departments in their marketing efforts, directing the work of graphic artists, photographers, and marketing agency staff, and using computer (Mac and Windows, Word, Photoshop, InDesign).

Duties included writing, designing, editing and coordinating printing and distribution of publications including newsletters, brochures, and fliers, developing advertising strategy, content, design and placement, writing news releases and handling follow-up communications with news media, overseeing webmaster and creating and managing all website content and design, representing the museum at special events, creating signage for exhibits and events, photographing activities and preparing images for publication.
