This product was adopted as part of the Global SIAM Service offering and became a standard part of our Gold build.Created a scalable and repeatable IT Business Management Suite of Solution Inclusive of Vendor Invoices, Customer Showback/Chargeback, Budgeting and Forecasting, Dispute Management, and Benchmarking. Created and managed product and program road maps in highly complex multi-vendor cross functional environments.
