Led the Process Reengineering Practice. Implemented successful large scale process and organizational change projects with Conoco Fiduciary & Revenue Accounting, Texaco World Wide Upstream Human Resources, and Mobil's NGL Logistics.

Founded and managed a consulting and training services business focusing on team-based productivity improvements in Process Reengineering, Process Set-up Time Reduction and Change Management. Led the Reengineering projects resulting in dramatic reductions in lead time, quality and productivity improvement. Created methodology and taught setup time reduction in the delivery of products and services often resulting in savings of over 50% in a wide variety of environments.

Responsible for the design, programming, and implementation of a Job Information System for four Divisions of $4 Bil Commercial Printing and Media Replication Company. Proposed and implemented reengineering project to streamline Customer Service, Production Control, and Materials Management, resulting in $3.5 MM annual savings across the Divisions.

Manager of Industrial Engineering Provided economic and feasibility analyses for capital investments, manufacturing plans for new production, and measurement of plant productivity and standards. (3,000 employees). Planned and justified $45 MM in capital expansion domestically, as well as developed manufacturing plans for new facilities in Spain, Mexico, and Singapore. Also coached and trained 10 full time Facilitators to teach and lead the implementation of the Japanese Single Minute Exchange of Die, (SMED) set-up time process on production lines. Worked with Microsoft Corp. (key partner / client) to reduce setup time on their assembly lines by 50%.
