Identified processes that took significantly longer than the written process suggested. This allowed investigation into the problem, and subsequent resolutions. Analysed data from numerous sources, to produce a model,which could be used to estimate build times.Completed Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) on the build process to list all potential failures. Evaluated potential failures, assessing probability of failure, and impact if a failure occurred.

QinetiQ - Force Protection Team Undertook computer modelling work for an internal blast trial, for a post room. Experimented with various room configurations to meet the requirements of an upcoming trial. Thisinvolved changing input conditions of the blast location and mass. Ultimately the result was a setlocation for the charge that would result in the desired test conditions

Principal Engineers TeamConducted an in-depth review of the Army Incident Notification Cell (AINC) database. Identifyingpossible root causes and emergent trends.In parallel, reviewed Serious Equipment Failure Reports to identify Learning from Experienceopportunities. The final report was used as the bases for a KiT magazine article issued across the MoD and Armed Forces.

Worked as the assistant weld inspection coordinator during the outage period. The role before and during outage was to continuously update the inspection register, with results from the previous day and maintain the weld inspection database. This required liaising with onsite contractors to closely monitor the stages of the inspection process. Took the opportunity to conduct various non-destructive testing activities, to understand the process.After outage, project managed the radioactive control area improvement project. Worked collaboratively with internal departments as well as external contract partners, to achieve the goal within time, and cost parameters.
