Managing the structured creation of operational elements of the system, such as vessel creation/amendment, customer data/details, contract and charging mechanisms. • Posses or build an overview of key integration platforms such as MCP Destin8. • Building necessary skills to cater for the needs of the business and the effective management of the system, including: Business Intelligence, reporting tools. • Liaison with software vendors and third party suppliers, management of the Change Control process and System enhancements in partnership with PD Ports IT department, working within Corporate Policies, guidelines and best practice. • Managing customer data flows to/from the System and ensuring Customer service levels are maintained. • Co-ordinating the testing and implementation of System enhancements and upgrades. • Managing and monitoring of systems and associated infrastructure resilience. • Management of supplier, Navis, through SalesForce cases.• Prioritising Navis SalesForce cases based on operational requirement and escalating within the PD Ports IT department.• Business improvement in line with the strategic requirements of the business. • Act as an escalation point for operations and any other business users with regards to issues with the Navis application.• Act as a contact between the business, IT and the vendor and vice versa, to ensure vendor costs are kept to a minimum.• Liaising extensively with external or internal clients
Systems Analyst / Navis Application Owner
