I'm a focused hard working individual with excellent communication skills who is used to working a fast paced retail and business work environment. Current responsibilities in my role as Assistant Store Manager include leading a team of hard working staff, managing staff and rotas, and the operational management of a busy retail store including general store operations, handling money and financial operations, building key holder, working KPIs and performance measure to improve store sales, upselling, recruitment, staff training and providing excellent customer experienceWorking in this environment requries me to focus on customer value and use my skills provide the best service to customers, listening to and resolve customer complaints and to turn issues and complaints into compliments.I am proficient with Microsoft Office, time managment and academic skills through my university studies and employment experience.Whilst I enjoy the retail environment I am looking to expand to a more senior position now i have finished my degree in Psychology. I would like to be still working with customers but in a head office role rather than over the counter. Outside of worl I am a member of FLAGS active support unit and help with events such as Winter Camp, Gilwell reunion and Gilwell24 where I work voluntarily to support young people to grow and develop. My passion is music and the theatre and I love and enjoy singing and performing on stage as a hobby with STAGS theatre company. This compliments my other hobbies such as art, drawing and being creative including making clothing and jewellery.
