My career spans roles including Access Management Analyst, 1st Line Analyst and 2nd Line Analyst on the MotoNovo IT Service Desk. Currently a Service Specialist with a focus on IT Service Continuity Management for Aldermore Bank and MotoNovo Finance.In each position I have demonstrated commitment to excellence and a passion for technology. During my time in Access Management I ensured secure and efficient user access, balancing security needs with user convenience. As a 1st Line Analyst I was able to further hone my problem solving skills and maintain high customer satisfaction. Transitioning to a 2nd Line Analyst role I tackled more complex technical issues and got involved in technical projects, furthering my expertise.Currently, as a Service Specialist, I am responsible for IT Service Continuity Management, where I oversee the resilience of our IT services, ensuring plans are in place to ensure they would remain operational during service disruptions. Coordinating Disaster Recovery tests to ensure these plans are fit for purpose.
