I pivoted to information technology from chemistry in 2019, and I am now an expert in enterprise IT.My current title is System Administrator, but I am functionally closer to a M365 Engineer. I work primarily in Azure, Entra ID, and M365: Defender, Purview, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, Intune (Windows, Android, and iOS devices), Azure VMs, Universal Print, enterprise applications, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc. I routinely leverage PowerShell and REST APIs for admin and automation, and I manage IT projects and enterprise-wide third-party software rollouts. I am well-versed in IT network principles (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, etc.), and I have hands-on experience installing physical network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, WAPs, ethernet punchdowns and patch panels). I also serve as the final tier for helpdesk escalation and perform admin functions for enterprise systems such as VOIP and physical access control.
