Support Services SupervisorAmerican Medical Response / Lifeline Ambulance Prescott AZ 3/2020 – Current Responsible for the Facilities, Fleet, Assets & Supplies for 11 stations operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I manage my internal teams as well as contractors for 4 remote stockrooms and the main asset & supply distribution center, Responsible for all supply planning, purchasing, inventory control, distribution and delivery including schedule 2 narcotics, I serve as a primary point of contact for all DHS & CAAS audits and inspections.Responsible for all inside and outside facility requirements for 11 stations, maintenance, repairs, installations, and renovations including the administrative offices, station living quarters & ambulance bays, including furnishings, appliances, landscaping, plumbing, electrical & mechanical systems including HVAC, NFPA Fire suppression. I manage a fleet of 51 vehicles including all repairs & preventive maintenance with an average of over 30,000 miles driven per week. I am responsible for the acquisition, repairs and maintenance of all assets & medical equipment including EKG equip, monitors, defibrillators, gurneys, oxygen systems, etc
