In my over 20 year career in customer service, I have gained an appreciation and passion for people and the promise of giving excellent service whenever possible. I began my journey as a restaurant host and worked my way up from there in the food industry and then on to car sales and retail. Along the way, my life had changed with marriage and other opportunities to travel to California. For four years I worked as the Food and Beverage Assistant Manager at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Los Angeles where I assisted in financial audits, purchasing, inventory, and maintaining functions of the restaurant to keep it running smoothly. This led me to the position of AGM at celebrity chef owned Border Grill in Downtown Los Angeles. Unfortunately do to the Covid-19 pandemic our restaurant closed and my wife and I decided it was best to move back to the East Coast. I enjoy what I do and I look forward to growing and continuing my career in hospitality, wherever that may take me.
