My initial role when I joined RS Clare was to increase the automation throughout the site. I delivered a number of projects. This resulted in an increase in the auditability and traceability of raw materials. I have redesigned the PPM system inline with changing production volumes and increased the flexibility of the plant to quickly respond to changing demands.
