CurrentAt Nova Energy, I led the development and implementation of our EV Charging strategy and product line. From initial concept to launch, I oversaw every detail to integrate it into our product offerings seamlessly. I am also responsible for training our sales team to promote and sell the product effectively.I am also involved in designing EV installations for our larger customers, ensuring they meet their specific needs and requirements. I have been the driving force in Nova being one of the first charge point operators to offer tap-and-go credit/debit card payment solutions for both our DC and AC EV charging products.I am constantly refining our product strategy and driving continuous development efforts, by closely monitoring market trends and customer feedback, this helps me improve our offerings to meet changing demands within the New Zealand EV charging market. In addition to the product development and management, I also oversee the rollout of our EV Charging solutions to both Novas current and potential clients.
