AMREF Flying Doctors is internationally accredited by the European Aeromedical Institute (EURAMI) for its high professional standards and has twice been a recipient of the prestigious ITIJ Air Ambulance Provider of the Year award.Key Responsibilities:• Promoting the AFD brand, generating revenue and enhancing the market share of the company by promoting high ideals of customer excellence.• Establish and maintain good relationships • Steer marketing research and analyses for identifying marketing opportunity• Preparing monthly and annual administrative and sales reports • Handling the office by administrating files organization and management.• Streamlining administrative and financial records as well as accurate coding of business• Building and maintaining strategic relationships in the tourism sector • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions and making sure that the same has been logged in the company’s database.

Key Responsibilities• Selling of AFD products and debt collections• Assist clients in arranging a medical emergency; link them with the emergency and operations team• Attend to all Tanzania customer enquiries channeled via emails and calls.• Represent the AFD office in Arusha; assist in sorting any issues arising in the Arusha office; TRA, Banking, Emergencies, Hospitals etc.• Retaining renewal revenue and control credit limit to reseller accounts.• Manage the office float/petty cash

FDSA is a fundraising organization that raise funds to support medical outreach programs in East Africa. We do so by, among other things, selling membership and shop merchandise. All our members are entitled to free unlimited air ambulance evacuations in case of a medical emergency while in East Africa, Two ground evacuations in Kenya. Through our 24hr radio room, we co-ordinate all emergency calls and evacuations thus guaranteeing all our members a fast, reliable and effective response to all emergency calls and the actual evacuations. Key Responsibilities:• Develop market and implements sales for our products and services.• Establish and maintain good cooperate relationship and implement customer care • Steer marketing research and analyses strength, weakness, threat, and opportunity for identifying marketing opportunity• Preparing monthly, annually report of sales and other documents using word processing, database and spreadsheet.• Handling the office by administrating files organization and management.• Streamline direct office services such as departmental finances, records, budget preparation for events like Trade Fairs.• Organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.• Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits.
