Daniel’s experience spans 10 years in facility management, fit-out coordination, EHS advisory and day-to-day office exploitation. Daniel was working on the client side, where he was gaining his experience, inter alia in the relocation project of an office sized over 20 000 sqm, located in 3 different buildings to one headquarters. His main responsibility in the project was technical advisory, gathering and managing the needs of internal clients about technical rooms and labs planned in the new headquarters, and planning and organising relocation without business continuity disruption. Daniel’s latest experience was the management of the redesign of the office space to fulfil requirements connected with a hybrid model of work. The project was related to space reduction and implementation of new ways of working, changing employees' approach from desk owning, to full mobility office with a focus on collaboration.
