Algorithm development for marketing micro-flexibilities of prosumers (heat pumps) in electricity markets | short-term load forecasting (day-ahead) | development of cloud microservices for the production environment---Projects:ViFlex pilot project with transmission system operators (TSOs) TenneT, 50Hertz, and TransnetBW.In a project team of 2 Data Scientists at Viessmann, we developed the cloud microservices to forecast the flexibility potentials of our customers' heat pumps and to trade those flexibility potentials as regional aggregates on the Equigy Crowd Balancing Platform (CBP) with the TSOs as counterparty. The equipment manufacturer (OEM) takes on the role of flexibility aggregator in a market-based approach for providing grid stabilization services, e.g. in the context of redispatch managed by the TSO.
