Likely; i did my first rotation with Industrial Hose Division and on my second rotation; industrial hose division merged with Hose Product Division. Moreover, been exposed to all the chains of how the company is branched out, it gave me more ideas on how to conduct particular projects and who to reach out to in terms of difficulty. Besides the learning and the experience parker has very well organized leaders and so well collected culture of all disciplines. Very well dominated environment of young hungry engineers who strive to improve ways on how one should think as an engineer through ones thoughts, ideas, and plans. The emphasis on team work and common generated ideas was beyond measure during my rotation. whether from engineering, sales, supply Chain or production, it was just a joint company with a goal of above and beyond through competition for engineering ones success.
