With over 20 years in the finance and hospitality industry, I’ve seen many changes and trends. This has lead me to many new experiences, rapid growth and unforeseen pathways which have now seen me working with the amazing team at the Amstel Group as its Managing Director.This is like no other MD role I’ve heard of. From working with builders on multi-million dollar renovations, through to investment funds, staff engagement and total cultural change, collaborations with local producers of beer and food and not to mention working with industry bodies and advocates. The Hospitality Industry reminds me of the Wild West – untamed and full of potential!No two days are the same – but that’s why I like it. Working in an environment of constant changes and room for growth and improvement is why this industry is for me.
