- Manage Microsoft Hyper-V virtual environment. (approximately 50 virtual machines, including servers and workstations)- Configure/Manage Failover Cluster environments.- Manage SAN and NAS devices (Currently IBM Storwize, and QNAP)- Manage Firewall and VPN access for multiple separate networks and VLANs (Currently use SonicWall appliance and cloud services)- Manage Office 365 environment for Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.- Administrate Barracuda Networks email security, and archive.- Configure and manage network switch environment (Mainly Dell and Aruba switches)- Use of IT Management Software and Monitoring Solution (Kaseya), to monitor and manage servers, workstations, laptops, switches, and other IT assets.- Create and disseminate user documentation and training.- Train IT staff on policies, procedures, and best practices for the organization.- Create/Maintain system and network documentation. (Change logs, Static IP addresses, etc.)- Manage IP Phone and Voicemail system. (Currently Avaya Aura CM and Messaging)- Manage MDM solution for company iPhones and mobile devices. (Currently using VMWare AirWatch, and Microsoft Intune)- Administer SharePoint 2016 server farm and Site Administration, including creating custom forms and workflows.- Manage and support for the digital signage systems. (Visix and BrightSign media players).- Project management for multiple IT/AV related projects within the museum.- Manage/configure Microsoft SQL servers for several applications and services. (SSMS)- Experience working with Tessitura (CMS and POS)- Use and manage the help desk ticketing system (Service Pro HelpStar)- Manage Active Directory domain controller and Group Policy management.- Manage Exchange Server and Office 365 environments.- Manage backups and disaster recovery for critical business systems. (Datto, on-prem and cloud)

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming helpdesk requests and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware printing and networking.- Run diagnostic programs, isolate problems and implement solutions.- Manage user accounts in Active directory and within Business applications- Management and resolution of Telephone and Voicemail issues, Avaya VoIP experience a plus.- Management of wireless system, including access levels, SSID’s and security monitoring- Support various business applications including MS Office- Installs, upgrades and configures network printing, directory structures, rights, security, software and files- Running and terminating cables for network and phone system- Maintaining, tracking and documenting all hardware, software and A/V equipment- Perform network diagnosis, speed tests, cable testing and documentation - Perform standard audio visual setups including projectors, sound systems and DVD players. Familiarity with Crestron and AMX control systems is helpful, but not required.- Ability to adapt to more complex audio visual tasks with on-site training- Experience with video conferencing units and technical concepts and troubleshooting

- First point of contact for anyone calling the Technology department.- Provide first line helpdesk support (password resets, How-to, printer issues) create Help Desk tickets and escalate to helpdesk and network personnel as needed.- Answer Technology Department phones- General office duties (invoice processing, budget tracking, ordering of IT equipment and supplies etc…)- Organization of schedules for Vice-President- Monitor supplies and stock inventory, such as toner, blank media etc.- Obtain price quotes from vendors; generate purchase requests, order materials and follow-up until items have been received.- Setup and imaging of PC desktop/laptop equipment for new hires and replacement units- Follow-up on helpdesk calls and assigned tasks- Organize and maintain PC software assets for technical team- Set-up audio visual equipment for special events- Facilitate equipment loans and Boardroom setups- Responsible for tracking all Technology Department assets- Provide assistance to department staff as needed- Performs other duties as required by management
