Being an Achiever I'm constantly driven to accomplish becoming one of the best and until that happens I can't rest easy. Being Strategic I plan out and find ways to be better, faster, more efficient than others, and being Self-Assured I'm very confident in any choices I make because of my other traits and at the end of the day I know I've done the right thing.
