Since I started back in 2017, I have worked across the world in multiple multicultural teams, delivering the best possible service for our loyal guests. I have gained +5 years of experience in customer service and B2C sales. I have worked for Kovanen, as a taxi and VIP driver from March 2017 until October 2017. Kovanen is well known for their professional quality of customer service and as a leading private passenger transportation company of Finland. I was working 60 hours a week, mostly night shifts. I did have changing working hours and I was fully flexible by my timetables, if I was alerted to work when I am having a day off. At the working place we emphasized equal and professional customer service, regardless of situation or the customers behaviour. I was always challenging myself and aiming higher. Customer service comes naturally for me in Finnish, Swedish and English. I also had a lot of practise in that field, due the fact that most of our clients at my job was tourists, politicians and businessmen all around the world. Customer service had a big role in my work and professional grip from customer service is my calling card, and key to success.
