I have worked in within sales and customer service for the last 9 years. As an individual I am ambitious and set meaningful yet realistic goals for myself. I am true believer in if you have the will you can be successful in anything you put your mind to.I have continually been a high performer and excel in providing a high quality and caring service to members/customers. Within the last two years I have been building my experience of leadership, something I am truly passionate about. I have been a successful people coach and provided meaningful training session to my colleagues, this has lead to commercial and customer satisfaction success for the business. My coaching ability has lead to me being a key player within my area of work. I was recently fortunate enough to lead my own team in a fast paced and high profile project. Through dedication and hard work it was a success and I was invited to the Nationwide Annual Awards 2022 as a high performing individual due to this. I adapt quickly to situations and love using technology in order to better myself. I love to learn and have recently been on a GetIntoTech 6 week programme to learn more about the world of tech. Using Python, MySQL, HTML, JAVASCRIPTS. I did this because I have a love for technology and have the will to continuously improve and learn, in turn this will give me the skills i need to progress and adapt in whatever career path I choose. Since September I’ve joined the Technology Development Programme with Nationwide Building Society. This is a complete career change for me, this is a totally new challenge in a totally unknown realm.
