Edited and managed The World's Biggest Movie Magazine, Empire, in Australasia: in print, digital and events. Highlights include:* 2 Australian Magazine Award Nominations: Winner, Best General Interest title in 2012.* 2 Maggies Nominations, Winner Best Youth and Entertainment Cover 2013 (James Bond double gatefold). * Conception and launch of EmpireTV biannual magazine in March 2014. EmpireTV is published in March and September.* Won Publishers Australia Award for Best Special Edition in 2014 for EmpireTV. * In 2015, conceived and published Empire's Greatest Movie Posters Vol. 1, a slipcase-bound set of coffee table books featuring Horror, Sci-fi, Action and Hero film posters from the last 100 years.* Grew a healthy social community and readership engagement at OzComicCon events in 2015.* Worked with stakeholders here and in the UK to deliver the best film magazine and complementary digital content to a devoted audience.

Worked with the Editor Guy Mosel and an excellent team of eight to produce a more aspirational (monthly men's magazine) FHM post-GFC. Managed the editorial floor and developed advertorial executions with sales. Editorial highlights: producing macro features with several writers and styles, interviewing everyone from Brett Easton Ellis to Phillip Hughes.

Started as Staff Writer for the launch issue in Spring 2003. Interviewed Megan Gale for the cover story (the first of 16 cover stories I would write over the years). Became Features Editor in 2006 and worked across every aspect of the magazine's editorial planning and production with Editor-In-Chief Peter Holder - editing several sections and writing critique, news and features across film, music, books, fashion, food, booze, fitness, science (including injecting Human Growth Hormone for three months), social development, humour and conducting hundreds of interviews and profiles. Co-conceived and curated the first Men Of Influence list in 2007, now a Men's Style franchise.

Garners Ave, Marrickville

Was part of the creative team that conceived and launched Revolver in 1997, as Music Editor. Became Deputy Ed in 1998, then Editor-in-Chief in 1999. Revolver (now The Brag) was a free, weekly Sydney music and arts street press. The E-I-C oversaw every aspect of the business - editorial, ad sales, distribution, accounts, printing, the works - while managing a diverse, talented and frantic team. Worked with the cream of the Australian music industry: artists, record company personnel, radio and TV talent, theatre companies and more.
