Passionate leader, currently living in Sydney with an extensive background working in arts management roles for the past 16 years in leading, not-for-profit arts organisations. With experience ranging from project management, technical direction and senior management roles to freelance set construction, technical drawing, touring and large scale events, I have a broad skill set that touches all aspects of theatrical production and management.Working in senior leadership roles has seen me manage large and complex production and technical teams of over 50 full time staff and managing high level budgets in excess of $10M. I am a fantastic problem solver and enjoy navigating challenging design requirements to find solutions to complex problems, whatever they may be.In in my spare time I love being outdoors with my beautiful family, whether it be rock climbing, camping, bushwalking or soaking up the sun. I am an avid maker, with an extensive workshop full of tools that allows me to build a range of projects from recycled timber furniture to electronic and automation circuity, industrial design and 3d printing to name a few.Having worked in the entertainment industry for my entire working life, I get excited about making great work and sharing that passion with the amazing field of creative people that I get to work with every day.
