I am tasked with implementing full staff training for bar & wine knowledge in new locations.. Further, I lead and directly motivate through the day-to-day operations of the bar team at the Coral Gables, Florida restaurant, a location with annual $5+million in revenue. I strive to deliver a world-class experience for all guests through directing the bar team. I create comprehensive training procedures and information that has resulted in consistently favorable feedback from guests, vendors and the community and increased productivity. I have been in charge of training teams at new site locations in Florida, Texas, North Carolina and New Jersey. The training systems I developed have been implemented across the entire company due to high success rate. I am integral in all facets of on-site bar and beverage operations leading to increased production. My leadership and diligence in development of beverage-related inventory accounting system has led to increased profit margins for that sector. Further, I am in charge of instructing training programs developed by the firm to reduce inefficiencies during introduction to 150+ staff members. Through my leading by example, CitySearch awarded my department as Best Bartenders in Miami.

Restaurant Development

Mr. Musto oversaw daily operations in expansion of operations to Florida. Job site quality control, efficient completion of site work, management of subcontractors led to completion of multimillion dollar jobs such as Lowe’s Home Improvement stores, Jared the Galleria of Jewelry, and Walgreen’s. Served as liason between corporate account representatives and subcontractor services.
