I have worked exclusively in non-profit research organizations such as Mary's Meals, Johns Hopkins, Malawi Liverpool Welcome Trust-Clinical Research Program, and Kamuzu University of Health Sciences. I have served in various roles including Programs Manager, Team Leader, Research Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, and Social Scientist. I have made significant contributions to the design and development of research studies. My expertise lies in qualitative social science with a focus on global health, specifically addressing priority global health issues.I have a track record of: - successfully obtaining grants- building collaborations- coordinating large multi-site projects- conducting desk and field-based research- communicating findings to a broad audienceOver the past 10 years, my research has focused on various areas. I have studied the social dimensions of health interventions in diverse contexts, including critical care, primary and community care settings, HIV and AIDS, and child and maternal health. I have also worked on infectious diseases such as malaria and TB. In addition, I mentor masters and graduate students from a range of disciplinary backgrounds, and I am an experienced lecturer.
