Throughout my tenure here at Birr Castle Demesne, I have covered a multitude of angles of the daily runnings from customer service, tour guiding to the behind-the-scenes workings that make this facility the titan of the Midlands.Whilst taking care of the international & national tourists, my focus was also placed upon the locals of Birr regarding the membership program and how to expand it during the Pandemic and the post-Pandemic Ireland.Along with this, I have also partook in multiple educational workshops throughout various weeks such as Heritage Week that places an emphasis upon biodiversity, science and astronomy.
