I investigated the effect of silencing the STEAP1 gene in LNCaP cells submitted to treatment with docetaxel, cabazitaxel, paclitaxel, bicalutamide, enzalutamide or apalutamide. Where I used some tests, such as RT-PCR (Associated with a total RNA extraction), Western Blot, MTT (in the evaluation of Cell Viability) and Caspase 3 Activity.

Clinical and Antineoplastic Profile of Cancer Patients at a General Hospital in Macaé.This is a census of patients undergoing cancer treatment at the hospital and a study from January to July 2017, totaling 160 patients. Data collection took place in September 2017. The medical records of 160 patients being treated during the study period were analyzed.
