My banking career was predominantly spent at Santander UK in Structured Finance teams. In recent years, my passion for business led me to establish, grow and eventually sell a restaurant business. Changing career, from banker to entrepreneur, has been an enriching experience; it has provided invaluable insight into business operations and broadened my core financial, technical skill set, adding managerial and leadership experience. During my time as a Director in Santander’s Structured Finance teams, I sourced and executed a broad range of transaction types including leveraged buyouts, re-financings and dividend recapitalisations, across a variety of sectors.
