Develop mitigation actions to manage commercial risk and develop enhancement actions to deliver opportunities. -Responsible for developing and reviewing project development estimates, schedules, risk management plan and qualification prior to Customer contract and execution. -Supervises day to day work activities by delegating authority and prioritizing and monitoring operating and enforce company standards. -Identify, evaluate, and implements new ideas, technologies, or process improvements to increase organizational efficiencies for our Clients experiences. -Manages by providing positive and constructive feedback to employees to reward, coach, correct and motivate. -Preserve the value and integrity of Client’s assets.

-Perform Construction management -Estimate projects and manage construction projects in sage timberline. -Review project managers and superintendent’s quality control and performance reports. -Business development in systems and prospects developing relationships that create project opportunities. -Resolve and direct problems and opportunities. -Construction contracts and billing. -City permitting and follow up. -Estimate budgeting direct cost and indirect cost per project.

-Perform Performance Management reviews on direct reports to enhance employee development. -Estimate and enforce budgeting successfully. -Manage construction flow of projects in Microsoft projects. -Develop the project budget for direct, indirect, and other costs based on estimates provided for identified project scope of work. -Assist other Field manager in performing their duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to. -Provide assisting training to new hires(recruiting). -Ensure proper safety in procedures and surroundings. -City permitting follow up and inspections. -Develop new relationships for exponential growth.
