After 6 years working in traffic management as a self employed TMO i took the opportunity to join a leading recruitment consultant company as a Traffic Management Consultant. I felt as though i was perfect for this as i have worked all over the country as an operative and met lots of different people in the industry along the way which at times gives me an upper hand in dealing with operatives that i source, and speaking with clients as i know the industry just as well. My main duties involve account management, op management, payroll, organising up to date training and resourcing qualified and non qualified people to place into a career, not just a temporary job.

Self employed traffic management operative working all over the country for various different leading companies. My roles included installing temporary traffic management such as lane closures, road closures, temporary lights, stop & go and so on. Also, i worked on the 2012 Olympic games at the Ricoh arena as event management and installing lane closures to control traffic flows .A particular favourite of mine was working as traffic management for big film sets such as Fury and Jack Ryan to name a few. Major events are also included in my c.v such as Ride London, Velothon, Brighton marathon, London triathlon, to name a few. During my time on the roads I gained my 12D M1/2,5,& 6 and my 12A/B one day certificate Lantra qualifications.
