I wrote up service tickets for the Internals Department, this entailed new and used cars. I was responsible for reviewing and closing out each ticket for the internals department to ensure all labor and parts were billed accordingly to each ticket. Performance also entrusted me to issue Purchase Orders for Vendors that came on-site to perform property services or work on vehicles on the car lot. Being up front on the service drive I was also part of helping write up customer cars, answer phone calls, scheduling service appointments, and moving cars off the drive to technicians.

I stocked, rotated, and organized Dairy Department products. This was done while assisting customers with any questions they may have had. Occasionally when the store got busy I would get called to assist the front of the store with getting carts, bagging groceries, or cashiering.
