I started in the semiconductor industry as a chemical / raw material inspector in 1974. Became a QA technician, then Reliability Technician level 2, Customer Returns tech and later an Environmental Technician for internal cleanroom improvement. In 1985 acquired my BSBA and became Supervisor over the receiving inspection, production inspection, metrology and final test quality groups. I left this position as a Section Manager in the production test department. I left this group after 4 years to become Section Manager in the facilities group where in 2000 I achieved my MBA. After 7 years I moved to Production where I am presently employed. The company has changed several times. When I started it was Collins Radio then Rockwell International, Conexant, Jazz Semiconductor. We joined the Tower Semiconductor group and became TowerJazz Semiconductor.I have recently rejoined the Facilities group at TowerJazz where I am currently employed.
