As the Head of Business Administration and Strategy it is my responsibility to oversee all administrative activities of the company while strategically align the different business units to the overall strategic mission and vision of the company. The position also directly report to the Managing Director and CEO.Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processesRecruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office spaceAssess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiencyEnsure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operationsMonitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraintsMonitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparationOversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)Ensure Department adhere to policies and regulationsKeep abreast with all organizational changes and business developmentsOversee all financial activitiesLeading the BI Department and ensure that strategic analysis is done in order to improve companywide operations and overall alignment with the strategic vision of the company
