Hello, my name is Daniel and I am the owner and Managing Director of Equilibrium SA.I started my path into the support worker industry at the end of December 2020.Working for a company, I quickly found out that supporting and helping people with differing abilities, both mental and physical, young and old, is what I was meant to do with my life!Over time, I have increased my knowledge and experience in the industry, by going back into the classroom and studying, as well as working with all different types of people in the community, no matter what age and stage of life they might be at.I provide individualised services, through a person-centred approach. Working this way, allows me to uniquely tailor my supports, one-on-one for each and every individual I work with. It also empowers that person and puts them in charge of all of the most important decisions regarding their life and the way that they want to live it. I was honoured to receive the South Australian Parliamentary award for my work in disability and my service to the wider community in 2021.My passion is Support Work, that is why, I absolutely love what I do, each and every day of my life.
