Learning Manager
Current• Identifies and analyzes employees' learning needs, using different sources of information, such as wiretapping, feedback from employees and managers, PDPs and NPS results.Identifies and monitors senior employees who support the process of training and integrating new employees• In its scope, it articulates the identified training needs with the know-how available in the trainers pool, streamlining the learning actions implemented through this solution and always in articulation with the rest of the HR Development team.• Contributes, when requested, with suggestions for improving existing scripts.• Identifies, together and in conjunction with the HRBP and Manager, reskilling and upskilling needs in the employees within its scope.• Keeps the mapping of the team's skills up to date, ensuring the existence of profiles in line with what is expected within the scope of the SWP.• Contributes, together with the HR Development team, to the conception and design of training programmes, in response to the needs identified in the field.• Contributes to the HR Development team for the construction and updating of training supports.• Know the risk cartography of your department or business area, as well as the impacts of the occurrence of risks and know the alert process of Operational Incidents "IO", playing a proactive role in their training, identification, notification and implementation of actions of improvement, alerting hierarchies to the risks or possible risks.
