Ensuring the successful onboarding for new clients as they transition from previous solutions to AppFolio Property Manager. This is the most important phase of the customer lifecycle for establishing a solid foundation that drives customers’ future successes. Worked in conjunction with Onboarding Managers, Payment and Screening Specialists, to oversee the data conversion of the onboarding process in a blend of customer-facing communication and focused project management tasks.

A consulting group I started with a team of other students as part of an entrepreneurial course at Westmont College. We partnered with the local non-profit Unite-to-Light to bring power and lighting resources to impoverished children and families in Honduras who have little to no access to modern means of electricity. Our task was focused on generating awareness through newsletters and fundraising materials to meet our goal of financing 200 solar-powered portable light units and several larger roof-mounted panels for children attending a local school. Our fundraising efforts were a huge success and we surpassed our original targeted goal by over 375%.
